EXT832

Analog splitter 8 to 32

EXT832, in a single unit 19", is an analog audio distributor with balanced inputs/outputs, offering a wide range of possibilities, including multiple outputs. EXT832 can be used as:

  • 4 line amplifiers for 4 balanced stereo signals
  • 2 line amplifiers for 8 balanced stereo signals
  • 1 line amplifier for 16 balanced stereo signals
  • 1 line amplifier for 32 balanced mono signals or any desired combinations

On each output channel, one or several stereo output can be set as mono.
I.e.: it is possible to set one channel with three balanced stereo outputs and two balanced mono.
Each of the 32 outputs is level controlled using a multiturn pot from front panel.

The input and output amplifiers are designed to handle a wide range of signals, with minimum noise and distortion and mainly for a high level of common mode rejection ratio.

USES :

EXT832 is well suited for :

  • Splitting the same signal towards different equipment requiring different levels or formats.
  • Splitting the output signal from a broadcast mixing console
